 Medical cost for doctors and dentist are about 75% less than in USA. If you need dental work, it would be beneficial for you to have it done in Ukraine. You can save thousands of dollars.

You can retire in Ukraine for less than $900 USD a month. If you retire on $1500 USD a month or more, you can live like a king in Ukraine. People in Ukraine like Americans which is a big plus since few nations in the world like us. 

Ukraine has no Euros and the local currency is about 8 Hryvnias (grivnas) to a dollar and they go a very long way.  Ukraine is a paradise to live in. There are no laws telling anyone where they can smoke or drink. Ukraine is a very liberal country. You have more rights and freedom than in America.

Dining out in Ukraine will be 3 to 4  times less than in USA and the restaurants in Ukraine are very good. Public transportation is about .10 cents per ride. Taxi service is about $3 to $4 per ride in Vinnitsa.

If you decide to retire in Vinnitsa you can have a very comfortable, adequate life. There are 2 Mc Donalds in Vinnitsa in case you get homesick. There are also many good malls to shop in. Nilokaev is also another good city to live in. I have been there several times myself.

In about 2 weeks my symptoms are gone and I can stop taking medicine for diabetes. I am diabetes free as long as I stay in Ukraine. However after I return to America, my symptoms return in about one month.
